The infant, Royalty Bass, was last seen in New Haven County in Ansonia on Tuesday, April 26 with her mother Shameka Henri.

Henri failed to return the infant to her father after a custody visit, said Lt. Patrick Lynch, of the Ansonia Police Department.

Royalty is about 2-feet, 20 to 30 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a pink Minnie Mouse shirt and gray Minnie Mouse pants.

Henri could have taken the child to the Stratford area or out of state, Lynch said.
